What is NLP ?
NLP (neuro linguistic programming) is how we can communicate with our mind in order to achieve our outcomes and desires. Essentially Claire (your coach) will have a discussion with you and help you to identify root causes for certain thoughts and behaviours. It is then a process of removing those limiting thoughts in order for you to think in a different way to what you have done before.
NLP is a powerful technique that delves deeper than traditional counselling to prove actual change in how you respond to certain circumstances and outside behaviours over the long term. NLP helps you to recognise behaviours in yourself so you can make positive changes, as well as relating to situations in a way you never had before.
How can NLP help me?
NLP can help in many areas such as:
- Removing negative emotions of anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt
- Removing limiting beliefs (I’m not worthy, I can’t do it, no one likes me)
- Help manage depression and anxiety
- Removing procrastination
- Help with weight loss

- Assist with goal setting that you will stick to.
